• The quoted total shown on the request page is the actual quote tied to that submission.
• The deposit collected at checkout is applied toward the quoted total project amount.
• If scope changes materially after approval, the quote can be revised before delivery.

Deposit policy

• Website basic lane uses a $100 deposit. App basic lane uses a $500 deposit.
• Custom lanes can use a higher deposit depending on the classified lane.
• Deposit policy secure planning, intake review, and the start of the project queue.
• Remaining balance is handled separately from the deposit checkout shown on-site.

What happens after payment

• After the deposit is paid, the project appears in the client dashboard.
• The next step is to complete the project setup handoff with assets, goals, and requirements.
• Delivery timing depends on scope, queue position, responsiveness, and any requested revisions.
• Maintenance subscriptions can be sent manually after the project is complete and approved.
